Corinne is built for businesses between about five and a hundred people who want a phone system that works properly and somebody accountable when it does not. Below is where it fits best, and where we would point you elsewhere.
Who Corinne is built for
Small business
Five to fifty people in one office who need the phones to just work, without hiring somebody to run them.
Multi‑site teams
Two or more buildings that should behave as one phone system — with each site’s own address for 911.
Healthcare
Clinics and practices where voicemail routinely carries protected health information, and should not leave our hardware.
Professional services
Firms where a missed call is a lost client and a caller’s words should not leave your control.
Fit
Corinne is a good fit if…
- You have between 5 and 100 people who need an extension
- Most of your team works at a desk or a site, on a desk phone or a computer
- You care that calls are encrypted, and that 911 reaches the right building
- You would rather have one supplier accountable for the phones and the network than two blaming each other
- You are tired of license tiers sized by simultaneous calls
- You are in the DFW metroplex, where we can stand in your building if it comes to that
Fit
Look elsewhere if…
- Your team lives on a mobile app. There is no Corinne mobile app yet. A standard SIP app works, but it is not the same experience.
- Calls must appear in your CRM automatically. There is no public integration interface yet.
- You run a contact center. Queues, live supervisor wallboards and agent scoring are not what Corinne is today.
- You need video meetings from the same product. Corinne is a phone system, deliberately.
- You have thousands of users, or need a global presence. We are not built for that and would be doing you a disservice.
